Holly Smith is an accomplished Early Years Development and Education specialist with a First Class Honours degree from the University of South Wales. With a diverse background working with children across the UK and Europe, Holly currently serves as an Early Years Inspector in both the UK and UAE. Her expertise encompasses curriculum development, with extensive experience inspecting various educational frameworks, including the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), International Baccalaureate (IB), and Ministry of Education (MOE) standards. Holly is passionate about ensuring that children have positive experiences from the outset of their educational journeys, recognizing that early childhood development lays the foundation for lifelong learning, behaviour, and health. She firmly believes that by supporting young children and their families, society will benefit from well-rounded, educated, and confident adults.

Holly’s previous roles include managing and tutoring at Kip McGrath Education Centres and leading curriculum development at Lunaland Day Nursery.
