As a highly regarded UK Education Leader and Consultant, I bring over 30 years of extensive experience in various educational settings, including my roles as an International British Schools Overseas (BSO) Inspector and KHDA School Inspector. My commitment to educational excellence is underscored by my continuous study and engagement with postgraduate research in the UK, culminating in the prestigious National Professional Qualification in Executive Leadership (NPQEL) in 2021 and the recent National Qualification in Mental Health Leadership in Education, earned in May 2023. These qualifications have deepened my understanding of supporting the wellbeing of staff, pupils, and parents, particularly in the post-COVID educational landscape.

I have played a pivotal role in establishing a prestigious new school, overseeing every aspect from the architectural design to resource allocation for the National Curriculum. My passion for delivering outstanding education led to achieving an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ status within six years. I am dedicated to ensuring that every member of the educational community has access to high-quality continuous professional development.

With a strong foundation in early years and primary education, I have developed expertise in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), having attained the National SENDCo Award and cultivated effective SEND leadership teams. My MA in SEN and Inclusion equips me to support diverse student needs, including those from EAL backgrounds.

Currently, I am an Inspector with EDT, conducting evaluations in Sharjah and Dubai, and serving as an educational consultant in the UK. I have successfully guided six middle leaders to headship this year, reflecting my commitment to fostering leadership and promoting educational excellence for all students.
