Diane Kingsland-Hannington is a determined and innovative Learning and Development Specialist based in Bearsted, Kent, with extensive experience as a Teacher and Assessor in Early Years and Young People Qualifications. She is known for her personable and positive approach, excelling as both a team leader and member while delivering impactful learning and development programmes for government and national organisations. 

Diane operates effectively across various educational environments, from Board level to front-line staff, with a collaborative and solution-focused mindset. Her strengths lie in building and mentoring high-performing teams that embody a “Can Do, Will Do” ethos, ensuring accountability for performance and effectiveness through robust assurance and reporting. Diane’s broad experience in the private, public, and third sectors fuels her passion for compliance, leadership, and talent recognition to support succession planning. As an accredited and qualified teacher, assessor, and verifier, she thrives on delivering bespoke training and operational systems that yield optimal outcomes for individuals and businesses. 

Her key skills include being outcome-focused within tight timelines, conducting robust compliance and quality assurance monitoring, and developing and implementing blended learning strategies. Since December 2017, Diane has served as a Consultant at Ravelin Training, where she provides expert consultation advice and guidance to preschools and Early Years providers, alongside offering leadership coaching and assessment in various qualifications. 

Diane holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Leadership and Management from Anglia Ruskin University, a Post Graduate Certificate in Professional Studies from Southampton University, and multiple relevant qualifications, positioning her as a leading figure in the field of education and training.
