Dedicated to accelerating student progress, Louise has developed innovative curricular systems, including reading pathways and unique writing progression documents, exceeding educational benchmarks. Her adaptable approach is crucial in today’s evolving educational landscape.

Throughout her career, Louise has achieved remarkable improvements across educational settings. By providing tailored support, she has empowered educators and students to strive for excellence, transforming primary settings from inadequate to ‘good’ or better.

In her roles as Deputy Head, Head of School, and Teaching and Learning Lead for a large educational trust, Louise has delivered quality Continuous Professional Development (CPD) through workshops, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching, refining teaching techniques and advancing educational practices.
