Bio

As an experienced Early Years Education Specialist, I have dedicated my career to empowering teachers by enhancing their skills and knowledge. I provide comprehensive training and mentorship, helping educators create inspiring activities, environments, and lessons that stimulate children’s learning and development.

I have lectured extensively on child and brain development, helping Early Childhood Education (ECE) teachers integrate neuroscience into practical teaching strategies. My lectures improve teachers’ confidence in applying brain-based methods, resulting in better outcomes for children.

I work closely with parents, guiding them to support their children’s education through creative, practical activities. By bridging classroom learning and home environments, I help foster a cohesive, engaging learning ecosystem.

As an Education Consultant, I provide professional development and collaborate with Senior Leadership Teams to improve educational practices and policies. I specialize in developing curricula and assessment systems tailored to children’s individual learning needs, ensuring inclusive and adaptive educational environments.

I also design transformative learning spaces that promote hands-on, inquiry-based learning, encouraging children to become active participants in their educational journey.

As a School Improvement Partner, I support schools worldwide through mentoring, coaching, monitoring, and quality assurance inspections. My international expertise includes working with KHDA, SPEA, ISI, and Ofsted, contributing to enhancing educational standards globally.
