Sharron is a highly experienced professional in early childhood education, with over 25 years of experience in the UK and internationally. Her career has encompassed roles such as school improvement advisor, principal, and lead Ofsted inspector, showcasing her depth of knowledge in school evaluation and educational leadership. Having worked in regions like the Middle East, China, and the Cayman Islands, she brings a truly global perspective to her work.

Sharron’s involvement with government departments in the development of education policies worldwide highlights her commitment to shaping and improving the educational landscape. She played a pivotal role in establishing evaluation and quality assurance programmes for the Office of Education Standards in the Cayman Islands, the Ministry of Education in Dubai, and most recently as an advisor to the Minister of Early Education in Abu Dhabi.

Currently, Sharron divides her time between the UAE and the UK, where she works as an early year coordinating inspector for the Independent Schools Inspectorate and leads inspections for the Dubai School Inspection Bureau. She continues to play a significant role in managing and leading educational initiatives within an international context.

In addition to her inspection roles, Sharron is a published author with Buckinghamshire University, contributing curriculum content for teaching degree courses. She is also an accomplished trainer, having designed and delivered various teacher training programmes in the UK, the Middle East, and Asia.
